The PADI Divemaster training programme is your first step in working with scuba diving as a career. You begin the professional levels of recreational scuba diving with the PADI Divemaster program. This is the first level of membership with PADI and as such, requires annual renewal fees. On achieving this level, the Divemaster who is in active paid-up status and insured, may seek employment in the dive industry. Working closely with a PADI Instructor, in this program you expand your dive knowledge and hone your skills to the professional level.
PADI Divemaster training develops your eadership abilities, qualifying you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers. PADI Divemaster is the prerequisite certification for both the PADI Assistant Instructor and PADI Open Scuba Instructor Water certifications. leadership in the PADI System of diver education. Organise, conduct and supervise recreational diving activities, both land and boat based Assist PADI Instructors in conducting PADI Diver programmes.
